3rd Cayman Islands Shipping Summit 2015

Mare Forum and OreCoal in cooperation with the Maritime Authority of Cayman Islands (MACI) are organizing the 3rd edition in which the future of trade, economy, shipping, marine investments and yachting of the American hemisphere and in particular the Caribbean region will be explored.
The 3rd Cayman Islands Shipping Summit 2015 builds on the previous very successful 1st and 2nd Cayman Islands Shipping Summits held in 2013 and 2014.
One month to go and already an impressive number of high level speakers,
moderators and conference panelists have signed up to contribute to a day packed with knowledge transfer, exchange of visions, experience, stimulating discussions in a wonderful environment for brainstorming, sharing and improving knowledge and intelligence. This conference is built in four thematic sessions which will focus on topics and issues relating to:

• The Big Picture: Geopolitics, trade patterns, shipping, economy, investments International and in particular in the American hemisphere
• The Shipping markets outlook – investments and finance. Dry bulk – tankers – containers – cruise ships
• Yachting – looking ahead
• Imperatives for the Caribbean waters

The conference will share and debate views from shipowners, operators, charterers, yachting industry representatives, traders, analysts, bankers, consultants, entrepreneurs, classification societies, regulators, port and terminal operators, the media, and other members of the maritime and yachting industry – from this region and all over the world. The summit will provide an active forum for participants to network, learn, discuss, and debate the various issues concerning the maritime industry.
