Olympic Sailors and sailing enthusiasts in "Bart's Bash!" World Record Attempt

On Sunday 21st September 2014, 14,000 sailors across 748 clubs in 65 countries are to attempt to break the world record of the most number of sailing clubs and sailors racing on the same day. Named "Bart's Bash!", this World Record Attempt is to raise funds for the Andrew Simpson
Foundation. Simpson died in May 2013 in San Francisco after tragically capsizing whilst training for the America's Cup. So far, more than £113,000 has been raised for this campaign. Fine Art Sails boss, Michael Ross, who pioneered the 'sail art' competition for 50,000 school children in the UK backed by Andrew Marr, is available to be interviewed. He is taking part and is set to race in the Andrew Simpson Sailing Centre in Weymouth.
